About Me.

Beryl Bailey Rayford is a remarkable individual who has transitioned from a decade long civil service career representing locally elected government officials to become a life coach, mindfulness and mental health enthusiast. Always possessing a focus on service for others, her dedication now lies in advocating for the significance of maintaining a foundation of spiritual, emotional and mental well-being.  She firmly believes that nurturing ourselves can have a transformative impact on our pursuit of personal and professional goals.

Having personally confronted and managed many obstacles, Beryl has harnessed her expertise to combat multiple stigmas surrounding our daily lives in today’s society while fostering understanding, and empowering others to live their best lives using practical tools and mindfulness.

Outside of her advocacy work, Beryl finds solace and joy in various pursuits. She derives pleasure from immersing herself in nature, appreciating its beauty and serenity. Reading is another avenue through which she explores her interests and broadens her horizons. Moreover, Beryl channels her creative spirit into artistic endeavors, such as painting, jewelry making, and sewing. These creative outlets serve as vehicles for self-expression and coping strategies as a means of connecting with her innermost thoughts and emotions.

Beryl Bailey Rayford's journey embodies resilience, empathy, and a fervent desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others by promoting resiliency, mindfulness and fostering a sense of community and understanding.
